Appointments for humanitarian visas for Haitian citizens are still suspended and should be resumed soon.
IOM notes that it has signed an agreement with the Federative Republic of Brazil to provide support for the demands of Humanitarian Visa and Visa Family Reunification (VITEM XI) in Haiti on behalf of the Visa Section of Embassy of Brazil in Port-au-Prince.

BVAC staff does not play any role, of any nature whatsoever, in the visa-making process, which remains the sole prerogative of the Visa Section of the Brazilian Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
WARNING :
The BVAC warns against certain individuals who target potential claimants with a view to defrauding them. These individuals circulate with fake newsletters and payment containing fake bank numbers.
Note that the BVAC managed by IOM is the exclusive provider for Visa Humanitaire (VITEM III) and Visa Family Reunification (VITEM XI) applications in Haiti on behalf of the Visa Section of the Brazilian Embassy in Port-au-Prince.
